Travelling to the US:
The 19th Annual Oxford International Conference on the Science of Botaniclas will be held in Oxford, Mississippi, USA. All international attendees may need a valid passport from their country of origin to travel to the United States.
If you are not a US Citizen, you will need to check with the US Embassy or Consulate in the country you will be traveling from about the visa requirements for travel to the United States. If a US visa is required, we recommend that you start the visa process as early as possible.
If you are a citizen of the country you are traveling from, we recommend that you apply for a visa at least 4 months in advance of your travel to the US.
If you are not a citizen of the country you are traveling from (i.e, a third-country national), or you are working on sensitive technology, or if you have previously been denied a US visa, we recommend you begin your application process at least 6 months in advance of your travel to the US.
